Even with all of the smoke hanging around it was a pretty good week!
This is how the week went down:

Monday: Just two quick treadmill miles to shake off the week before
Tuesday: 5.35 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday: 4.2 miles on the treadmill.
Thursday: Quick two miles with the kiddos.
Friday: FINALLY…outside for 4 miles. I am really ready to be outside more.
Saturday: 2.25 quick miles
Sunday: 10 mile long run with a “fast finish”

Totals: 30ish miles. Feeling excited about the weather trending cooler and hopefully getting outside more! Really feeling a little closer to actually training for a half marathon. I have been really missing spin classes, I could set up my bike on the trainer…..but it’s not quite the same.
Today I got up early and got 10 miles in on the treadmill.
matching socks are overrated.
The kids enjoyed some time at the playground.
Cannon had a soccer game and did really well this week! He even scored a goal so we had to get doughnuts.
We took these over to Grandpa and Grandma’s house to share in our celebration.
