This morning I went to my weekly PT appointment and got to tell my Physical Therapist that I have been feeling so much stronger. And I have! I shouldn’t have to keep learning this same lesson but when you actually follow a plan that a professional gives you and you do the work things get better. I am so happy to really feel the improvements and I am feeling hopeful for my recovery.
After my appointment I took the kids to the pool, I forgot to take a picture but here is one from when we went last month. They were excited to get back in the again. I am looking to get the kids back into swim lessons, it’s so important that they become strong confident swimmers.
We got more snow today so I was back on the treadmill to get just a little bit of running in.
Feels SO good to be running again. Even if it’s just two miles, I will take it!
I was listening to the Some Work, All Play podcast and I can’t get over their positivity and kindness. Listening to this podcast always lightens my mood and teaches me things. Also I think they need to start a couples podcast as they have the sweetest relationship, I love the way the speak to each other, life each other up and just seem like best friends.
I loved this post as a good reminder that our little ones are always listening to how we talk to them, how we talk to our partners and to ourselves.
