We have gone to Anderson farms every year since we moved to Colorado and we love it. They have grown so much since 2009!

This is basically just going to be a dump of tons of pictures.

We had such a good time and spent over four hours at the farm.

Both kids got to ride a pony which was super cute.

We walked a few miles in the corn maze and solved the barnyard mystery. We have never been in the really big part of the maze but I am sure that is coming soon!

We had so much fun and the weather was warm and nice, I wouldn’t mind things cooling down now!

When we got home I was so happy that we had Chicken chili made in the crock pot!

I love these littles, life is always better when we are together.

Cannon took his very first math midterm and got over 95% we are so proud of how hard he is working. We all got to go out for frozen yogurt to celebrate.

I have been following Callie on Instagram for a while now but just came across this article about her running the Moab 240. Can you imagine running 240 miles? I can’t!

Callie also lost over 200 pounds, amazing how she changed her life.

We woke up all feeling much better, which was such a nice change.

Our neighborhood has a fall festival every year and we love going.

We had fun doing carnivals games, getting balloon swords and walking in the costume parade.

It was fun but a little sad that the kids had to skip the tons of bounce houses because their cough is still so bad.

We did win best family costume which was fun.

Are you enjoying all the fall festivities this year?

The kids woke up feeling worse again after recovering over the last couple weeks. We are all tired of being sick and ready for this to be better. We talked to our pediatrician and she said RSV and other viruses are really bad this fall and that we can expect to need at least three weeks to recover.

We are not fans of this news.

luckily we can take things slow and easy with homeschool and do some fun fall crafts.

In the afternoon we got in to see the doctor because both kids have been sick so long and Emmy’s cough has been so bad that she can’t sleep overnight and was struggling to breathe.

Emmy got some steroids to help her lungs and was very happy to not have to get any shots.

After our appointment we went home to snuggle, try to recover and find a spooky movie to watch.

Another school day except Cory couldn’t take Emmy to school so was in change of both kiddos.

Cannon’s drop off is first, the kiddos love doing everything together.

Then it was time to get Emmy to preschool, I am super into her sweatshirt dress and high tops!

Bonita has enjoyed riding around with us!

After school there is just enough time for a quick dinner ( I usually make something in the crockpot). Then off to soccer practice.

It’s after bedtime and dark by the time we get back from practice, at least it’s still warm out! Sometimes we have snow this time of year.

What are your favorite crock pot recipes? I am always looking for new ones!

We have school pictures this week so I scrambled to get the kids in for haircuts.

We have still been so incredibly sick, whatever this virus is it’s nasty and we are sooooooooo tied of it.

We wore masks to protect the stylists from our germs. Emmy loved her braid.

Cannon’s haircut turned out cute too.

We tried to rest as much as possible so the kids might get better and get to go to school.

So do you get fit to run or run to get fit? I am definitely guilty of running to get fit but I am trying to do the opposite!

I love our quiet Mondays, we usually don’t have too much to do so we can enjoy time together!

We did our normal school work in the morning then hit up the playground for a little bit.

Cannon was there too but he was too busy to have time for me.

The rest of the day we just had errands before some bike lessons in the evening.

We were excited about Christmas shopping. Do your kids love when the toy catalogs come in?

Do you have a strength training program that you love? I am really going to try to take the next few months to work on my strength. I am thinking I should use my peloton app, let me know if you have any favorites!

Fall in the Colorado mountains is my absolute favorite, so we spent our days searching for fall colors.

We drove up to Georgetown because we wanted to visit City Park. It’s the cutest little playground.

We love finding fun new playgrounds to enjoy. The kids got to run around and play before heading up Guenella Pass to enjoy the views.

None of us were feeling up to long hikes that we wished we could have done but we find some little areas to explore.

We stopped at Clear Lake for lunch that we brought with us.

The summit of Guenella Pass was stunning, we have never driven all the way over before and it was very beautiful.

Before going all the way home we stopped at Home Depot for some supplies to fix one of our toilets and I left with Mums.

And a wishlist for more Christmas decorations.

We started our day as we normally do on Saturday at the soccer fields.

It’s pretty fun having both of them playing soccer this season.

After soccer the kids had a birthday party for one of Cannon’s classmates from last year. Cannon’s classmates got to know Emmy really well last year at pick up and drop off and this classmate was sweet enough to include Emmy in the party invitation.

It was a space themed party and they all had so much fun.

I wasn’t feeling well enough to do any cardio yet but just getting in some easy PT felt like a win for the day.

The rest of the day was spent doing chores at home, finally enjoying a little fall weather.
