I watched this video and it totally motivated me to return to an old habbit:
I used to write down my goals all the time and I loved striving for things that I really didn’t believe I could do. Some of the goals I met (Ironman) some I have yet to check off the list (50 miler) emphasis on YET.
I haven’t done this practice in a while but I am feeling motivated to start doing it again.
