It has been so long since I have posted a weekly rundown, and that makes sense because I haven’t been training for anything other than growing a small human.
Even though I am not training for any big exciting events it’s still fun to hold myself accountable to stay as fit and healthy as possible while pregnant. I am already drooling over fall 2018 registrations…
Monday: Early morning treadmill interval run. Afternoon swim class with Cannon, admittedly there wasn’t much exercise for me really but I got in the pool so it counts!
Tuesday: Body Pump (full body strength training class) and afternoon 30 minute run/walk with the stroller.
Wednesday: Early morning 30 minute treadmill run and swim class.
Thursday: 2 mile afternoon walk/jog and Bodypump
Friday: Quick treadmill run during nap time.
Saturday: Short afternoon jog.
Sunday: We went out for a 3 mile family hike in Boulder, the weather was beautiful and we had a great time
Not really keeping track of millage since I don’t want to compare it to pre-pregnancy miles and feel bad. I am happy to just be moving and trying to gain some strength.

I’m impressed by how much you are doing while pregnant! I’ve never been pregnant, so obviously don’t know what its like, but you seem to be staying very active. And enjoying those beautiful blue Colorado skies too it seems!
